A leaking felt roof, replaced with EPDM rubber.
Felt roofs split and blister as they age, and once water is under the surface it tracks a long way before it shows inside. On this one the old damaged felt came off, the deck was re-boarded, and the whole roof was covered in a single sheet of EPDM rubber.
Because the membrane is one piece, there are no seams across the middle of the roof to open up later. Edges are trimmed in and the work is guaranteed.
